Our work includes La Bottega Cheese, private-label food projects and manufacturer representation. We coordinate supplier discussions, samples, specifications, packaging, commercial terms and shipment planning. Production is carried out by the selected manufacturer; certification requirements are reviewed for the exact product, production site and destination.
